Banking Bangalore

Namaste

So I have come on a business trip to Bangalore and going from luxury.

The top 10 things to know about Bangalore.

1) crazy driving, I don’t know how they drive but someone civilisation happens with a beep and a beep and a bear maybe, but all is fine.

2) it’s lovely and hot and most people go out at night.

3) the food, most food you can by is vegetarian, westernised if you are staying in a hotel, enjoy the paneer with cheese and also the chat, which is a savoury snack.

Next to the chat was some Indian sweets Ramon and laddu sweets where tasty, but the best was a jalebi which tastes like a deep fried donut but even tastier.

4) contradicting it is hot, we have thunderstorms as well and my goodness thunderstorms are extremely loud.

5) no tubes, trains to take anyone to work, therefore that is why the traffic is so bad.

6) Indian colleagues are so hospitable and they make you feel so welcome.

7) the work situation is exactly the same as the UK

8) I have learnt a great deal about family life, also about the different classes in India which are listened below.

These are Brahmins ( priestly people)

Kshatriyas or Rajanyas who were rulers administrators and warriors

The vaishyas ( artisans, merchants Andy tradesman)

Shudras are the labouring class

9) Bangalore is very westernised and IT focused, a lot of companies that probably have offices in Bangalore.

10) travelling and working is a fun experience.
